Given the uncertainties with COVID in Fall 2021 we are reaching out to all US State Government Foster Program Managers and State Foster Agency CEOs. This is to ensure that you have a pipeline of qualified prospective foster parents through our easy to use technology.

How we connect prospective Foster Parents to Foster Care Professionals (recruiters) near them

Foster Care is a very local challenge. Therefore, in the US Foster Care is organized at the State level or County level. Our goal is to have a group of waiting foster parents trained, licensed at the local level. So that no child has to wait for foster care.

If you are considering becoming a foster parent you are a wonderful and caring person. You have many questions and need to talk to dedicated foster care professionals (recruiters) near you. These professionals can walk you through the training and licensing process. Their organizations stand to support you through the fostering process including the stipend as applicable. Everyone is committed to make you a successful foster parent.

If you are a US State Foster Care Program Manager or a State Foster Agency, here is how our process works: You decide on the dates (at least 30 days in advance) when  you want to meet local prospective foster parents. Tell us the kind of parents you are looking for eg, therapeutic, respite, kinship etc. Through our proven digital marketing methods we have high quality prospective foster parents sign up for your virtual event on our technology platform. Your recruiter has to simply show up for the virtual event as she/he normally does for open houses. Based on past results in Connecticut  we expect upto 70% of registered parents (see our Story) to show up for the first virtual meeting.  This is achieved through our Artificial Intelligence (AI)  based reminder system to your event registrants. You have access to all data for parents who show up at the first meeting or who engage with your digital content on the StartFosterCare.org platform. With foster parent recruiting made easy your staff is freed up (no phone tag with enquiries) ) for foster parent training, licensing and management of foster homes.

Thanks to Child Welfare Information Gateway of the US Administration for Children & Families for listing us as a National Foster Care Organization.

To celebrate National Foster Care Month 2021, we had two virtual events for Connecticut prospective foster parents in May 2021 on May 19 and May 29.

Thanks to the prospective foster care parents and foster care professionals who made our inaugural virtual events a success!
